LUX Facilities operates business in over 150 company franchise and independent contractor territories, serving approximately 95% of the U.S. population and sections of Canada.
All operations are ran through our main office where our specialized customer care team works with the customers to setup their rentals and services. The team then schedules and distributes the information to that territories operator. This way all documentation is handled by the main office and not by the operators.

Franchisee Benefits
We are your National Sales Team: We have thousands of clients throughout the country that need services. When you franchise with LUX, you are the operator for services in your geographic service area. If you are out of stock on a rental item or are understaffed and not able to perform a service, a neighboring franchisee will be able to step in and help, so our customers are never left without service or product.
Minimal Paperwork: All documents are processed through our main office so LUX Franchisees only have to deal with the paperwork for the job at hand. Most of which is completed electronically so there is no need to worry about misplacing paperwork.
Other Equipment: If the customer is looking for other types of equipment rentals that are not listed on our website, we may still be able to accommodate! Because of our vast amount of locations, many of our branches have in-house rental items that are transported from one location to another so that we are able to provide our customers with an ALL-IN-ONE solution for their projects and events so they have less to worry about and can stay focused on their task.

How do you cover 95% of the U.S. and parts of Canada? We have over 150 company franchise and independent contractor territories that have an extensive reach. Because we strive to accommodate all of our customers, there are times when our operators need to go the extra mile outside of their territory to help the customer.
I currently own my business and would like to also become a franchisee, can I keep my current business name? Yes, you sure can. If you already have an established business, it is your choice if you would like to utilize the LUX Facilities name or if you would like to keep your own “mom & pop” name. We realize that depending on the type of community you are in, this may be highly beneficial.
Are we able to use 3rd party companies to complete jobs? This depends, normally you (the franchisee) are required to perform all services and maintenance on our equipment. However, there are certain locations and instances that may require a 3rd party to preform duties such as an electrician, plumber or utility locating service.
